Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je izvesti analizo nosilnosti in dimenzioniranje jeklene konstrukcije večetažnega poslovnega objekta dimenzij 48 m x 56 m in višine 21 m. Elementi jeklene konstrukcije so izvedeni iz kvalitete jekla S 355, temelji pa iz betona C 25/30. Uporabljeni profili so vročevaljani 1. razreda kompaktnosti. Medetažne konstrukcije so izvedene iz prednapetih votlih plošč, ki so po detajlih proizvajalca položene na medetažne nosilce. V izračunu smo upoštevali obtežbe vetra, snega, potresa in koristne obtežbe pripadajoče B kategorije ter pripadajočo lastno in stalno obtežbo po predpisih SIST EN 1990 – 1998. Statična in dinamična analiza je izvedena z računalniškim programom SCIA Engineer 15.1 po teoriji II. reda. V izračunu je upoštevana globalna nepopolnost v X in Y smeri ter njuna kombinacija. Dimenzionirani so nosilni elementi konstrukcije kakor tudi tipični spoji in nosilnost temeljnih tal za predvidene točkovne temelje. Na koncu je prikazana poraba jekla in stroški izdelave jeklenih elementov konstrukcije na enoto tlorisne površine.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of this diploma work is to perform structural analysis and dimensioning of multi ‒ story steel building with atrium dimensions 48 m x 56 m and the height of 21 meters. Elements of the steel structure are made of steel grade S 355 and foundations are made of concrete C 25/30. Used hot-rolled steel profiles are Class 1 according to cross section classification. Interfloor structures are made of pre-stressed hollow concrete slabs and they are installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. In calculations we take into account loadings of wind, snow, earthquake; imposed loads B category and corresponding self-weight and permanent loading according to SIST EN 1990 ‒ 1998. Static and dynamic analyze are made with computer program SCIA Engineer 15.1 based on theory of second order. In calculation are taken into account global imperfections in X and Y directions and their combination. Dimensioned are bearing steel elements with typical connections of the structure and bearing capacity of soil for planned pad foundations. At the end, presented are the consumption and the costs of steel elements production per surface area unit.
