Abstract
Izhodišča: Pri starejših ljudeh postajajo poškodbe in s tem operacije vse pogostejše saj se prebivalstvo stara. Obraba kolka (artroza ) pomembno znižuje kakovost življenja in samostojnost v dnevnih aktivnostih, omejuje socialne stike in povečuje potreben obseg nadzora in pomoči s strani skrbnikov. Artroza kolka lahko nastane bodisi iz neznanega vzroka (idiopatska artroza) ali kot posledica predhodnega obolenja ali poškodbe.
Vloge in naloge medicinske sestre pri izvajanju zdravstvene nege pri pacientih so različne in se spreminjajo, prepletajo ter prilagajajo glede na potrebe pacienta.
Pacienti in svojci v času zdravljenja in rehabilitacije pričakujejo medicinsko obravnavo ter kakovostno zdravstveno nego. Izrednega pomena je tudi rehabilitacija pacienta, saj različni rehabilitacujski postopki pomagajo ohranjati pacientove sposobnosti.
Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti operacijo kolka pri starostnikih in prikazati pomen kakovostne zdravstvene nege ter pomembno vlogo medicinske sestre kot izvajalke zdravstvene nege. Prikazati tudi pomen motiviranosti rehabilitacijske obravnave pacienta po operaciji kolka in njegovo celostno obravnavo za vzpostavljanje samostojnosti. Metode dela: V teoretičnem delu je bila uporabljena deskriptivno-opisna metoda dela. V empiričnem delu pa kvantitativna metoda raziskovanja s prospektivno analizo, v katero smo vključili bolnike po operaciji kolka.
Rezultati: Pri obravnavi pacientov po operaciji kolka je bilo ugotovljeno, da se je njihova kakovost življenja spremenila in da jih večina potrebuje pomoč druge osebe pri zadovoljevanju osnovnih življenjskih aktivnosti oziroma potreb.
Diskusija in zaključek: Starostniki se morajo prilagoditi novemu načinu življenja in se odreči določenim aktivnostim, vendar pa kljub temu živijo kakovostno življenje. Starejši imajo pravico do kakovostnih storitev in aktivnosti, ki zagotavljajo prijazno, brezskrbno ter varno in srečno preživetje starosti.

Introduction: In the case of older people becoming damage and thereby operations become more frequent as the population ages. Tyre wear hip (osteoarthritis) significantly reduces quality of life and independence in daily activities, limits social interaction and increases the need for volume control and assistance by the Trustees. Arthrosis of the hip can arise either from an unknown cause (idiopathic arthrosis) or as a result of previous illnesses or injuries.
Roles and tasks of nurses in the implementation of nursing care for patients are different and change, intertwine and adapt to the needs of the patient.
Patients and relatives during treatment and rehabilitation expect medical treatment and quality of care. Of paramount importance it is the rehabilitation of the patient, as different rehabilitacujski processes help maintain the patient's abilities.
The aim of the thesis is to present hip surgery in elderly patients and demonstrate the importance of quality health care and the important role of nurses as providers of health care. Demonstrate the importance of motivation for rehabilitation treatment of patients after hip surgery and his comprehensive treatment for establishing independence. Methods: In the theoretical part was used descriptive-descriptive method works. In the empirical part, the quantitative research method with a prospective analysis, in which we included patients after hip surgery.
Results: In the treatment of patients after hip surgery, it was found that their quality of life has changed and that the majority needs help of another person to satisfy the basic life activities and needs.
Discussion and conclusion: The elderly must adapt to a new lifestyle and give up certain activities, but nevertheless live a quality life. Older people have a right to quality services and activities which provide a friendly, hassle-free and safe and happy survival age. |
