Abstract

V diplomski nalogi sem se opredelil predvsem na oddelek zaključnega strokovnega pregleda termičnih aparatov v podjetju BSH Nazarje in na to, kako poteka končni funkcijski nadzor kavnega aparata TK4. Oddelek tehnologije pripravi laboratoriju zaključnega strokovnega pregleda posebna navodila za preizkušanje in kontroliranje aparatov. V kolikor želimo slediti konkurenci na trgu in izdelovati le kakovostne aparate, je potrebno v oddelku zaključnega strokovnega pregleda, zaradi nenehnih sprememb in novosti na aparatu stalno spreminjati in prilagajati meritvene parametre na meritvenem obrazcu. Opisal sem probleme s katerimi se srečujejo kontrolorji, kako jih rešujejo in s katerimi vrstami napak se najpogosteje srečujejo.

Secondary abstract: In the diploma thesis, I primarily focused on the Department of the Final Expert Examination of the thermal appliances in BSH Nazarje company and on the course of the final functional inspection of the TK4 coffee machine. The Technology Department prepares special instructions for the final expert examination laboratory for testing and controlling the appliances. In order to keep up with the competition on the market and to manufacture only quality appliances and due to constant changes and novelties of the appliances, the Department for the Final Expert Examination has to constantly change and adopt the measuring parameters on the measuring form. I described the issues the controlling officers are facing, how they solve them and what types of defects they run into most frequently.
