Abstract

Teoretična izhodišča: Psoriatični artritis je z luskavico povezana kronična vnetna bolezen sklepov. Značilna so vnetja hrbtenice in križno-medeničnih ali saroiliakalnih sklepov. Znaki psoriatičnega artritisa so otekli, pordeli in topli sklepi, ter klobasasti prsti. Zjutraj se pojavlja jutranja okorelost. Bolezen le redko povzroča invalidnost. Biološka zdravila zavirajo vnetje, imenujemo jih selektivna imunomodulirajoča zdravila. Metodologija: V teoretičnem delu smo uporabili razpoložljivo literaturo. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo dela. Za zbiranje podatkov smo uporabili tehniko intervjuja, ki je vseboval dvaindvajset vprašanja odprtega tipa. V intervju – študijo primera je bil vključen obravnavan pacient. Rezultati: S študijo primera smo ugotovili naslednje negovalne diagnoze: bolečina, kronična (kronična bolečina v sklepih), motnje spanja in strah pred poslabšanjem bolezni.. Sklep: Bolečina je glavni problem psoriatičnega artritisa. Biološka zdravila jo zmanjšujejo in s tem pripomorejo k večji kakovosti življenja. Medicinska sestra nudi pacientu pomoč in podporo.

Secondary title: TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH PSORIATRIC ARTHRITIS IN BIOLOGICAL MEDICINICAL PRODUCTS
Secondary abstract: Theoretical background: Psoriatic arthritis is a chronic inflammatory disease of the joints, related with psoriasis. Characterized by inflammation of the spine and cross-breech or saroiliakalnih conclusions. Symptoms of psoriatic arthritis are swollen, reddened and hot joints, and for sausage fingers. In the morning occurs morning stiffness. Biological therapies inhibit inflammation, called by selective disease-modifying medicines. Methodology: In the theoretical part, we used the available literature. In the empirical part of the thesis we used the descriptive method. For data collection, we used the technique of the interview, which contained twenty-two open-ended questions. In the interview - a case study was discussed included patient Results: The case study, we found the following nursing diagnoses: pain, chronic (chronic pain), sleep disorders and fear of the deterioration of the disease .. Conclusion: Pain is a major problem of psoriatic arthritis. A biological medicinal product is reduced and thus contribute to a better quality of life. The nurse provides patient assistance and support.
