Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena programska rešitev imenika internih telefonskih številk za potrebe velike zdravstvene ustanove. Pri rešitvi zastavljenega problema smo bili posebej pozorni na problematiko velikega števila klicnih obveznosti. Z uporabo programske rešitve se je poenotil postopek vnosa, iskanja in ažuriranja telefonskih številk. Korist programske rešitve se je pokazala v skrajšanju delovnega časa, manj delovnih urah in v manjšem številu potrebnih zaposlenih operaterjev. MS Access je že naložen na večini računalnikov kot del MS Office paketa, zato je bil izbran za izdelavo prototipne rešitve. Programiralo se je s pomočjo VBA. Programska rešitev je bila testirana v centralnem klicnem centru velike zdravstvene organizacije. Predpostavljena je bila možnost pojavljanja napak, za katere smo ponudili sprotne rešitve. V zaključku je podana ocena programske rešitve z možnostjo razvoja in širitve.

Secondary abstract: The thesis offers program solution of an extension telephone numbers directory for the use of a large medical institution. A great deal of attention was laid on the problem of a large number of telephone calls. The suggested software solution unified the procedure of input, search and updating telephone numbers. The advantage of the given software solution was in the shortening of working hours and fewer computer operators to administer the work. In creating the prototype solution MS Access, which comes as part of MS Office package, was used, since it has already been uploaded on the majority of computers and the program used was VBA. The software solution was tested in the main call centre of the large medical institution. The possibility of errors was taken into account and the means of troubleshooting was offered. The evaluation of the software solution with the possibility of development and extension is given in the end.
