Abstract

Diplomska naloga opisuje izdelavo in delovanje krmilnega sistema centralnega ogrevanja, s katerim lahko preprosto izbiramo med energenti. Krmilni sistem skrbi za avtonomno vodenje centralnega ogrevanja. Za izdelavo smo izbrali cenovno ugodne ter zanesljive elemente, ki so potrebni za krmiljenje in regulacijo osnovnih procesnih veličin centralnega ogrevanja. Opisani so delovanje sestavnih elementov, izdelava izvršnih naprav ter povezava aktuatorjev. Krmilnik temelji na mikroprocesorju AVR na platformi Arduino. Za lažji nadzor delovanja sistema smo omogočili tudi povezavo z internetom. Razvit program krmili določene črpalke, regulira temperaturo dvižnega voda in gorenje biomase ter časovno vključuje ogrevanje. Zgradili smo cenovno ugoden sistem in ga prilagodili svojim potrebam.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis describes the construction and operation of the control system of central heating, which makes it easy to choose among energy products. The central heating control system is responsible for the management of autonomous central heating. For the production we selected price and robust elements, which are required for the control and regulation of the primary process variables of central heating. It describes the operation of the components, production executive devices and connection of existing actuators. The controller is based on AVR microprocessor on the Arduino platform. We provided a link to the Internet for easy control of the operation of our system. Developed program controls the fixed pump regulates the flow temperature and combustion of biomass and time includes heating. We have built a price control system, and adapt it to our needs.
