Analiza izmenjave e-računov v slovenskih podjetjih

Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na izmenjavo elektronskih računov v Sloveniji. Naš glavni cilj je bil izvesti anketno raziskavo in glede na rezultate analizirati razširjenost izmenjave e-računov. Z diplomskim delom smo želeli izvedeti sprejetost elektronskih računov v Sloveniji v primerjavi z ostalimi evropskimi državami. Z analizo dobljenih rezultatov ankete, ki smo jo poslali naključno izbranim slovenskim podjetjem, smo prišli do ugotovitve, da se v Sloveniji uporabljajo elektronski računi v enakem obsegu kot v drugih državah Evropske unije. Prav tako pa smo tudi ugotovili, da je uvedba elektronskih računov skrajšala čas dela povezanega, z izmenjavo računov ter da stroški uvedbe novega sistema niso razlog za neuporabo elektronskih računov, ampak je problem nepoznavanje sistema.

Secondary abstract:	In diploma thesis we focused on e-invoices use in Slovenia. Our main goal was to preform survey research and analyse the spread of e-invoices exchange based on the results. In this thesis we wanted to determine acceptance of electronic invoices in Slovenia in comparison with other European countries. By analyzing the obtained results of the survey, which was sent to randomly selected Slovenian companies, we have come to the conclusion that companies in Slovenia using electronic invoices to the same extent as in other countries of the European Union. Likewise we also found, that the implementation of electronic invoices shorten labor time associated with the exchange of invoices and that the cost of implementation of a new system is not the reason for non-use of electronic invoices, but the problem is lack of knowledge of the system.
