Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen proces izdelave prototipa CNC hibridne naprave in opis njenega delovanja. Naprava ima več funkcij, z njo lahko opravljamo 3D tiskanje, rezkanje in lasersko graviranje, za razliko od večine naprav na trgu, ki ponujajo zgolj eno od teh funkcij. Izdelava je potekala z mislijo na čim večjo zanesljivost naprave, lahko uporabo, cenovno ugodnost in kasnejše trženje. Potrebno je bilo izdelati številna tiskana vezja, vključno z glavnim krmiljem in grafičnim vmesnikom. Prav tako je bila izdelana mehanska konstrukcija naprave in napisan program v Arduino okolju za grafični uporabniški vmesnik. Po izdelavi so bile testirane razne funkcije naprave ter varnost električnih vezij.

Secondary abstract: |
Construction process of CNC hybrid machine and its functionality has been described in this diploma work. The machine was designed with great care to ensure ease of use, reliability and cost effectiveness. It is capable of 3D printing, CNC milling and laser engraving. More than 10 PCBs had to be made from scratch, including main controller board and LCD interface controller. All software is based on modified open source projects or newly written in the Arduino environment. After completion of prototype various tests were performed to check its safety and proper operation. |
