Abstract

Predstavljen je postopek razvoja robotiziranega sekvenčnega menjalnika za dirkalnik Formula Student, ki mora biti usklajen z razvojem samega dirkalnika. Naloga obsega predstavitev sekvenčnega menjalnika, opis meritev in analizo zajetih podatkov na že obstoječem sistemu ter razvoj povsem novega mehanskega in elektronskega sklopa menjalnika. Podanih je nekaj dodatnih možnosti razvoja menjalnika, ki so bile tekom aktualne sezone razvoja dirkalnika izpuščene. Prav tako je opisanih nekaj najpogostejših težav, vzrokov in rešitev zanje, s katerimi se bo bodoči graditelj takega sistema srečal.

Secondary abstract: The process of designing robotic sequential gearbox for a Formula Student race car is presented. The thesis includes presentation of ordinary sequential gearbox, data acquisition on last year's system and the analysis of logged data as well as design of completely new mechanical and electrical subsystem of this year's shifter. Given are some possibilities for further development of gearbox which were not applied during current season. Further there are described some most common troubles, which a future builder of such system will face, with explained causes and solutions for them.
