Abstract

Diplomska naloga opisuje razvoj računalniške igre s pogonom Unity za operacijski sistem Windows. Igra bo enkrat delovala, kot spletna igra v okolju Windows in drugič kot mobilna igra na platformi Android. Podrobneje je opisan pogon Unity, njegova zgradba in potek dela. Opisane so tudi njegove zmožnosti za razširitev na poljubne platforme in programi, ki so bili uporabljeni za dosego teh. Predstavljen je tudi mobilni operacijski sistem Android, njegove verzije in posodobitve. Temu sledijo zunanji programi, ki so potrebni za razvoj v okolju Android in podobno. Po spoznanju programov, ki so ključni pri razvoju igre s pogonom Unity, se lotimo igre same. Predstavljeno je bistvo in obnašanje igre. Omejitve igre so omenjene in opisane, ter podprte z ukazi. Temu sledi prenos igre na spletno in Android platformo. Predstavljena je tudi izgradnja igre na različnih platformah in parametri, ki jih je potrebno ob tem nastaviti. Opisana je zgradba zgraditvenega okna in opcije, ki so na voljo pri različnih platformah, ter težave, ki jih lahko srečamo. Rezultat diplomske naloge je delujoča namizna, spletna in Android igra, razvita s pogonom Unity.

Secondary abstract: This thesis describes the development of the computer game using Unity engine for operating system Windows. The game will be implemented as an on-line game under Windows on one hand, and as a mobile game for Android device on the other. Unity engine is described in details, with its architecture and workflow. The ability to expand on any platform, and programs that were used to achieve these, are also described. Featured is mobile operating system Android, its version and updates. This is followed by external programs, which are necessary for the development, in the Android environment. After identification of programs, which are crucial in the development of games with Unity engine, we start the game itself. Presented is the essence and the behavior of the game. Restrictions of the game are mentioned, described and supported with commands. This is followed by the transfer of the game to web and Android platform. The construction of the game on different platforms and parameters that need to be set are presented. Build window is described and options that are available for various platforms, as well as problems that can be encountered. The result of this thesis is functioning desktop, Web and Android game developed with Unity engine.
