Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno načrtovanje, konstruiranje in izdelava naprave za mešanje koktajlov. Opisana je konstrukcija naprave, njeno delovanje in sestavni deli, med katere je vključen tudi pogon. Naprava je načrtovana z uporabo nestandardnih strojnih elementov, ti pa s pomočjo programskega paketa CATIA. Sledi predstavitev izdelave konstruiranih elementov s pomočjo CNC naprav. Na kratko je opisano sestavljanje standardnih modularnih aluminijastih profilov, iz katerih je sestavljeno ohišje naprave. Predstavljeni so senzorji, ki se uporabljajo za določevanje položajev. Na kratko je predstavljena tudi elektronika in vodenje naprave, ki je bila sicer načrtovana in realizirana zunaj okvira tega dela. Izdelan mehanski del naprave je bil integriran z elektronskim delom. Sledilo je testiranje končne naprave.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the design, construction and manufacture of cocktail mixing device. Described are design of the device, its operation and components of the device including the drive. The device is composed of non-standard machine elements that were designed by using CATIA software package. Next, it is described how the constructed elements were manufactured by CNC machines. This is followed by description of assembly of standard modular aluminium profiles from which the housing unit is composed. Presented are the sensors which are used for determining the positions. Briefly described are also electronics and control of the device, which was actually designed and realized outside of the framework of this thesis. Finally, the manufactured device was integrated with electronics and tested.
