Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem poizkušal na primeru izgradnje projekta Novogradnja Fakultete za
kemijo in kemijsko tehnologijo in Fakultete za računalništvo in informatiko prikazati, kako je
potekala dejanska izbira in koordinacija posameznih podizvajalcev na gradbišču v podjetju
Begrad, d. d., kjer sem delal kot vodja gradbišča.
Opisal sem sámo organizacijo podjetja, kjer sem delal, njegov pristop pred pričetkom in med
gradnjo projekta Fakultet FKKT in FRI. Za boljšo razumljivost in prikaz kompleksnosti sem tudi
podrobno opisal projekt in njegovo strukturo pogodbenih razmerij. Izvedel sem tudi analizo
izvedenih del na več načinov, ki so kasneje služili za primerjavo.
V zaključku dela sem predlagal izboljšave ter naprednejše pristope glede na dejanske
odločitve, ki smo jih izvajali tekom gradnje. Sledeči ukrepi bi lahko bistveno izboljšali proces
izbire in koordinacije izvajalcev: elektronske izmere omogočajo bolj natančno in 80 % hitrejše
določanje količin za pripravo povpraševanj za ponudbe in za izmere količin ob situacijah ter
spremembah; informatizacija postopka izbire, boljša spremljava in koordinacija izvedbe, ki
omogoča hitrejše in bolj transparentno izbiro podizvajalcev in izvedbo podizvajalskih del;
izboljšanje koordinacije s podporo lokacijskih metod planiranja.

In my thesis I tried to explain and demonstrate the process of selection and coordination of
subcontractors at the company Begrad, d.d., where I worked as a site manager. The project
on which elaborate the thesis was the new building for the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical
Engineering (FKKT) and the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science (FRI) in Ljubljana.
I described the organizational structure of the company where I was employed, their approach
prior and during the construction of the project Faculty FKKT and FRI. In order to improve the
comprehensiveness and to show the complexity of the project, I described in detail the project
and the structure of of contractual relations. I've also made an analysis of the subcontractors'
works in several ways, which later served for a comparision.
In the conclusion of my thesis I proposed the improvements and advancement of current
approach in relation to the actual decisions that have been made during constructions. The
proposed measures that could significantly improve the process of selection and coordination
of subcontractors are as follows: Electronic measurements that enable more accurate and 80%
faster quantity take-offs needed for monthly payments of subs and for measurements of
changes; informatization of the selection process, monitoring and coordination to enable faster
and more transparent selection of subcontractors and monitoring of works; enhanced
coordination with the support for location-based planning methods. |
