Abstract

Vsak projekt ali dejavnost je zasnovana tako, da z njo dosegamo neke želene cilje. Bolje kot imamo opredeljene in določene cilje, jasneje vidimo celotno sliko ter tako tudi lažje iščemo rešitve in poti za doseganje le-teh. Tako lahko podjetje z dobro postavljenimi cilji usmeri zaposlene, da se bolj posvetijo nalogam, ki prinaša podjetju največjo dodano vrednost, s katero si zagotovi konkurenčno prednost. Zaposlenega motiviramo k boljšem delu tako, da ga za dobro opravljeno delo in doseganje ciljev nagradimo. Sam postopek uvedbe variabilne plače lahko razdelimo na dve fazi in sicer, posnetek stanja in pregled samega delovanja podjetja ter izbiro in določitev novih, primernejših ciljev. Ugotovili smo, da smo z določitvijo skrbno izbranih strateških ciljev in uvedbo variabilne plače v podjetju zaposlenim izboljšali vizijo podjetja, pregled nad doseženimi cilji ter večje fokusiranje na samo doseganje zastavljenih ciljev.

Secondary title: Rewarding system in the distribution sector of the production company
Secondary abstract: Every project or activity is designed in such way to achieve a desired goal. Better than we define and specify our goals, the clearer we see the goal and easily is for us to reach them. Company with well-defined goals can direct employees into the tasks which brings company bigger added value per employee which further brings company competitive advantage. We can motivate employee to work better in a way to reward well executed tasks and achieved goals. The process of creating remuneration system with the variable pay is created in two steps. First step is a snapshot of the situation and review of operations of the company itself, and the second one is the selection and determination of new, more appropriate goals. We found out that carefully selected strategic goals and with the introduction of variable salary in the company, we can improve employee’s vision of the company, overview of achieved goals and greater focus on achieving of the pre-set goals.
