diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih sistemov
Abstract
Čas mladosti je čas, ko se mora mlada oseba odločiti, kaj bo počela v življenju, kje in za kaj se bo izobraževala, da bo lahko na koncu izobraževalne poti pridobila oziroma dobila delovno mesto. Vendar pa se, glede na trenutno stanje, večinoma te mlade osebe ne morejo veseliti zaposlitve na koncu izobraževalne poti.
Tako smo se odločili, da bomo v diplomskem delu analizirali in raziskali, kakšno je trenutno stanje na trgu delovne sile za mlade in nezaposlene. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili trg dela, brezposelnost, razložili vrste brezposelnosti, v nadaljevanju smo obravnavali zaposlovanje in zaposlitev ter prikazali nekaj aktualnih spodbud za zaposlovanje mladih. V empiričnem delu smo izvedli anketiranje med mladimi. Odgovorili smo na dve raziskovalni vprašanji, in sicer kakšen je položaj mladih na trgu delovne sile ter kakšno je mnenje mladih glede zaposlitve. V zaključnem delu smo podali predloge, za katere smatramo, da bi zmanjšali brezposelnost med mladimi ter da bi mlade pripeljali do večje konkurenčnosti na trgu dela.

The time of youth is a time when young people need to decide what they will do in their lives, where and for what they will educate so that they will be able to obtain or get an employment after the education is over. However, given the current situation, most of these young people can not enjoy an employment at the end of the educational path.
So we decided that in the thesis we will analyse and study the current situation on the labour market for young people and for the unemployed. In the theoretical part we defined the labour market, unemployment, explained the types of unemployment, and below we discussed recruitment and employment, and showed some current incentives for youth employment. In the empirical part we carried out a survey among young people. We answered two research questions, namely, what is the situation of young people in the labour market, and what is the opinion of young people about employment. In the final part, we gave proposals, which we consider would reduce unemployment among young people and would bring young people to greater competitiveness in the labour market. |
