Abstract

V podjetju Engrotuš d.o.o. se srečujejo s problemom neučinkovitega zagotavljanja ustrezne temperature v hladilni komori tovornih vozil v cestnem transportu hitro pokvarljivega blaga. Neustrezno hlajenje blaga med transportom vodi v slabšo kvaliteto le tega. Posledica slabše kvalitete blaga, ki se na neustrezen način dostavi v poslovalnico, je večji kalo in posledično nižji prihodki podjetja. Vse našteto je razlog, da smo si problem neustreznega zagotavljanja hlajenja hladilne komore v transportnih sredstvih izpostavili kot izziv. Naveden problem je izhodišče za iskanje rešitve, ki smo jo predstavili v diplomski nalogi.

Secondary abstract: The company Engrotuš d.d. is faced with the problem of inefficiency in providing adequate temperature in the cooling chamber in the road freight vehicles transporting perishable goods. Inadequate cooling of the goods during transportation is leading to poorer quality of the goods. As a result of inferior quality of the goods which are inadequately delivered in the store, the greater wastage leads to lower revenues of the company. All of the listed above is the reason why we took the problem of inadequate provision of cooling in the cooling chamber during transportation highlighted as a challenge. The stated problem is the starting point for finding solutions, which we presented in the diploma.
