Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljeno delovanje vzdolžnega bistrilnika vode, kateri se v podjetju Acroni Jesenice uporablja za čiščenje odpadnih voda, ki nastanejo pri proizvodnji jekla. Obravnavane so glavne pomanjkljivosti in težave, ki se pojavljajo pri obratovanju nizkocenovne čistine naprave. Predstavljene in opisane so vse električne ter mehanske komponente, katere sestavljajo napravo. Izpostavljena je problematika gibanja premičnega mostu, kateri povzroča veliko problemov zaradi drsenja pogonskega sklopa. Z vidika varnosti so predstavljene pomanjkljivosti, ki bi jih bilo potrebno dodelati, in naveden je tudi način delovanja v različnih režimih.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the activity of longitudinal water clarifier where the company Acroni Jesenice is used for the treatment of wastewater generated in the production of steel. it presents the main drawback and problems that arise from the operation of low-cost fineness devices. There are also presented and described all the electrical and mechanical components which are in actual device. The main exposed thing is moving bridge, which causes a lot of problems due to a slip of the drive train. In terms of security there are presented drawbacks which would need refinement, given the type of activity in different regimens.
