Abstract

V magistrskem delu predstavimo uporabo platforme BeagleBone black, na kateri izvajamo meritev in grafični prikaz človekovih vitalnih funkcij, kot so informacija delovanja srca, nasičenost kisika v krvi in telesna temperatura. Izdelali smo tri električna vezja, in sicer dve senzorski vezji, na katerih se nahajajo senzorji za merjenje človekovih vitalnih funkcij, in koncentratorsko električno vezje, na katerega se priključita obe senzorski vezji. Na tem delu vezja se nahajajo razni filtri, ojačevalniki in drugi električni elementi, ki dodatno obdelajo izmerjen EKG-signal. Koncentratorsko vezje smo povezali s platformo BeagleBone black, na kateri se izvaja operacijski sistem Linux. Implementirali smo strojno kodo za mikroprocesorja dsPIC in PRU, s katerima zajemamo podatke iz senzorskega dela vezja in jih potem pošljemo na strežniško aplikacijo preko serijskih komunikacijskih vmesnikov. Strežniška aplikacija se izvaja realnočasovno na centralni procesni enoti (CPE) platforme BeagleBone black in preko dodatnih implementiranih razširitev na nižji ravni bere prejete podatke, ki jih potem na višji ravni obdela in pošlje na spletno stran odjemalca. Na spletni strani odjemalca smo implementirali še spletno aplikacijo, ki komunicira s strežniško aplikacijo in prikaže zajete podatke v grafični obliki. Pravilnost meritev smo preverili na različnih prostovoljcih, katerih signale smo shranili in naknadno obdelali na osebnem računalniku.

Secondary title: USE OF BEAGLEBONE BLACK PLATFORM FOR MEASUREMENT OF HUMAN VITAL FUNCTIONS IN REAL-TIME
Secondary abstract: In this Master thesis we present the use of the platform BeagleBone black, on which we perform measurements and graphical representation for human vital functions, such as information of electrocardiography, blood oxygen saturation and body temperature. We have produced three electric circuits, two sensor circuits where are sensors for measuring of human vital functions and concentrator electrical circuit to which we connect the two sensor circuits. In this part of the circuit are miscellaneous kind of filters, amplifiers and other electrical components, which we need for further process the measured ECG signal. Concentrator circuit was connected to the platform BeagleBone black where is running a Linux operating system. We implemented two firmware code for dsPIC microprocessor and PRU, to capture data from the sensor part of the circuit and then send data to the server application via serial communication interfaces. The server application is performed in real-time on a central processing unit (CPU) of platform BeagleBone black and implemented via additional extension to the lower level to read received data and process then at a higher level, and sends to the client's website. On the client website, we have implemented a web application that communicates with the server application and displays the received data in graphical form. The correctness of the measurements was checked at various volunteers, where their signals were stored and subsequently analyzed on a personal computer.
