Abstract
Magistrsko delo obsega izdelavo prototipa aplikacije za simulacijo disperzije škodljivih plinov na podlagi vremenskih razmer. Aplikacija prav tako omogoča oblikovanje in predvidevanje kriznih scenarijev v primeru izpustov nevarnih plinov oziroma podobnih nesreč. Omogočen je tudi izris najkrajše poti od točke nesreče do točke evakuacije. Razvita rešitev temelji na spletnih tehnologijah, kar pomeni, da je njena uporaba mogoča tudi na mobilnih in drugih napravah, ki podpirajo spletne standarde in imajo omogočeno povezavo v svetovni splet. Uporabniški vmesnik je sestavljen iz zemljevida kot osnove za prikaz scenarijev in nekaj dodatnih gumbov, ki omogočajo določanje pozicije nesreče in pozicije evakuacijske točke, kot tudi pregled vremenske napovedi in posledično gibanja nevarnega območja. V magistrskem delu smo podali tudi rezultate testiranja in zapisali ugotovitve ter možnosti za nadaljnji razvoj.

Secondary abstract: |
Master thesis describes a prototype application to simulate the dispersion of harmful gases on the basis of weather conditions. The application also enables the creation of anticipative crisis scenarios in case of the release of hazardous gases or similar disasters. The application allows user to plot the shortest route from the point of the accident, to the point of evacuation. The application is based on web technologies, which means that its use is also possible on mobile and other devices that support web standards and are able to connect to the World Wide Web. The user interface consists of a map as a basis to show scenarios and buttons that allow you to specify the position of an accident and position of the evacuation point, as well as an overview of weather forecasts and changes of the danger zone. The results of the tests are presented in the thesis, and some possibilities for further development are discussed. |
