Abstract

Spremembe na globalnem trgu so hitre in nepredvidljive ter kot take od udeležencev v tem procesu zahtevajo nenehno prilagajanje, inovativnost in ažurnost pri njihovem poslovanju. Zahtevam trga podjetje lahko odgovori s kakovostnim kadrom, ki svoje delo opravlja z zadovoljstvom ter ob tem vanj vlaga svoje znanje, inovativnost in izkušnje. Človeški faktor v tem procesu pridobiva čedalje večjo vlogo, saj se podjetja zavedajo potenciala zaposlenih in prednosti, ki jih ta ponuja pred konkurenco. Diplomska naloga analizira obstoječe stanje na področju zadovoljstva zaposlenih, vpliv motivacije in motivacijskih dejavnikov na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih ter vlogo določenih področij poslovanja na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Analiza tega področja je osnova za ustvarjanje in ohranjanje pozitivnega delovnega okolja, v katerem se bodo zaposleni počutili zadovoljne. Je tudi slika obstoječega stanja, na osnovi katere lahko vodstvo podjetja pridobi kredibilne podatke o razliki med želenim in dejanskim stanjem.

Secondary abstract: Changes in the global market are fast and unpredictable, and as such from the participants in this process require constant adaptation, innovation, and up-to-date in the course of their business. To the market demands company can easily answer only with quality staff, which carries out its work with satisfaction and in that process invest its knowledge, innovation and experience. The human factor in that process is gaining increasingly important role, as companies realize the potential of employees and advantages it offers over the competition. Thesis analyzes current status in the field of employees satisfaction, impact on motivation and motivational factors on employee satisfaction, as well as the role certain business areas have on employee satisfaction. Analysis of this area is the basis for creating and maintaining a positive working environment in which employees feel satisfied and a picture of current status, on the basis of which company management can obtain credible information about the difference between the desired and the actual situation.
