Abstract

Droge so v današnjem času postale zelo dostopne in pogosto zlorabljene. Na poti k ozdravitvi pa je odvisnikom od drog v pomoč med drugim tudi zdravljenje z substitucijsko terapijo metadon. Vloga medicinske sestre je zelo pomembna, saj je mnogokrat prav medicinska sestra tista, ki odvisnikom stoji ob strani in je njihova zaupnica. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti zdravljenje odvisnih od nedovoljenih drog s substitucijsko terapijo metadon ter z raziskavo ugotoviti ali vključeni v program zdravljenja še posegajo po drogah in kako so zadovoljni s tem načinom zdravljenja.

Secondary abstract: Drugs nowadays have become very affordable and often abused. On the way to recovery, drug addicts can be treated with methadone substitution therapy. The role of nurses is very important because they often stand on addicts side as their person of confidence. The aim of the thesis is to present the treatment of drug addicts with methadone substitution therapy and with the survey to identify if involved in that treatment program had recourse to drugs and how they are satisfied with this method of treatment.
