Abstract
Zadovoljstvo pacienta z zdravstveno oskrbo je cilj zdravstvenega osebja in se kaže kot rezultat kakovostno opravljene zdravstvene oskrbe. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti stopnjo zadovoljstva pacientov z oskrbo v Urgentnem kirurškem bloku.
Uporabili smo kvantitativno metodologijo. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 230 pacientov, oskrbljenih v Urgentnem kirurškem bloku. Postopki zbiranja podatkov so temeljili na kvantitativni tehniki anketiranja z vprašanji zaprtega tipa. Za analizo podatkov smo uporabili deskriptivno statistično metodo s frekvenčno distribucijo ter z grafičnim in tabelnim prikazom.
Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so pacienti v Urgentnem kirurškem bloku zadovoljni z zdravstveno oskrbo. 59 % vseh anketiranih je zdravstveno oskrbo, ki so je bili deležni v okviru obravnave ocenilo s 5. Ugotovili smo tudi, da obstaja starostna razlika v oceni zadovoljstva anketirancev in tako potrdili postavljeno hipotezo (p<0,001).
Rezultat kakovostno opravljene zdravstvene oskrbe je zadovoljen pacient. Lepa beseda in prijazen pogled pozitivno vplivata na počutje pacienta in s tem pozitivno delujeta na njegovo vrednotenje zdravstvene oskrbe. Urgenca je kraj, kjer se zaposleni srečujemo s poškodovanci vseh starostnih skupin, z različnimi poškodbami, v veliko primerih s poškodbam pridruženimi bolezenskimi stanji in življenjsko ogroženimi poškodovanci. Poškodovanci pridejo nenapovedano in so na obravnavo nepripravljeni, zato se posledično pri nekaterih pokažejo negativna čustva, kot so strah, jeza in negotovost. Zdravstveno osebje mora znati pokazati veliko empatije, saj le tako lahko občuti to, kar v dani situaciji občuti pacient in s tem pozitivno vpliva na njegovo počutje, kar pa pripomore k večjemu zadovoljstvu z zdravstveno oskrbo.

Contentment of pacients is the result of a good healthcare and is the important part of quality in healtcare. The purpose of this research is to find out, how the patients are satisfied with healthcare in Surgical Emergency Department of University Medical Centre Ljubljana.
We have used quantitative method of study. 230 patients, whish have been taken care of in Surgical Emergency Department od University Medical Centre Ljubljana, have taken part in this study. Methodical data gathering was based on quantitative technique with questionnaire that contained questions of closed type. All data were registered and analysed, using the statistical descriptive method with frequency distribution and graphical display.
The results show pleasure of patients with healtcare in Surgical Emergency Department of University Medical Centre Ljubljana. 59% interviwees are very pleased. We also found out that pacients over the age of fifty are more satisfied with ealthcare than pacients under fifty, which confirmed our hypothesis.
We have to realize that pleasure of patients is the result of kind word, warm view and good healthcare after all. Importance of quality comunication affect the positive way on good patient's condition and pleasure in healthcare. Somethimes things in Surgical Emergency Department pass very fast , sometimes too fast for patients to fast and therefore they show negative feeling. Patients become angry, uncertain and afraid. Our job as medical personnel is, that in that case , we have to show ability of empathise, which positive affects on patient's feeling and his healthcare. |
