Abstract

V magistrskem delu smo izhajali iz izbranega avtomatiziranega regalnega skladiščnega sistema. Optimirali smo tiste parametre, ki po našem mnenju najbolj vplivajo na manipulacijske čase skladiščne operacije enojnega in dvojnega delovnega cikla, torej parametre, ki vplivajo na pretočno zmogljivost skladišča. Parametri, ki smo jih obdelali, so dolžina regalnega skladišča, hitrost in pospešek regalnega dvigala v horizontalni smeri ter hitrost in pospešek dvižne mize regalnega dvigala v vertikalni smeri. Predstavili smo najpomembnejše parametre, ki so ključni pri načrtovanju avtomatiziranega regalnega skladiščnega sistema. Optimirali smo tiste parametre, kjer je namenska funkcija minimalni čas skladiščne operacije tako enojnega kot dvojnega delovnega cikla in posledično pretočne zmogljivosti skladišča. Z optimiranjem teh parametrov smo dokazali, da obstajajo možnosti za izboljšanje pretočne zmogljivosti v avtomatiziranem visokoregalnem skladiščnem sistemu. Modeli, ki smo jih uporabili v magistrskem delu, predstavljajo uporabno orodje pri načrtovanju avtomatiziranih visokoregalnih skladiščnih sistemov.

Secondary abstract: In the master's thesis we derive our results from the selected automated storage and retrieval system. We optimized the paramaters which, in our view, most affect the manipulation times of storage operation of single and double working cycle; and which, therefore, affect the storage flow capacity. The parameters we dealt with are: the length of the rack storage, the speed and acceleration of stacking crane in horizontal direction, and the speed and acceleration of the lift table of stacking crane in vertical direction. We presented the most important parameters which are crucial in designing the automated storage and retrieval system. We optimized the parameters whose purpose is to minimize the time of storage operation of single as well as double working cycle and, consequently, of storage flow capacity. With these optimizations we attempted to prove that there is a chance to improve flow capacity in the automated high-racking storage system. The models we used in the thesis function as a useful tool in designing high-racking storage systems.
