Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno načrtovanje tračnega transporterja, ki se bo uporabljal za namen veliko serijske proizvodnje. Na začetku diplomskega dela je podan uvod, v katerem so opisani namen, cilji in zahteve diplomskega dela. Nato sledi opis tračnega transporterja v njegovi industrijski in gospodarski panogi. Pri načrtovanju smo upoštevali želje in zahteve potencialnega kupca ter standarde in varnostne predpise. Tako smo na podlagi zahtev izdelali preračun transporterja za določitev sil ter izbiro potrebnega pogonskega motorja. Naslednji korak je bil dimenzioniranje in izbira komponent transporterja. Omejili smo se na teoretična znanja ter ustaljeno prakso podjetja. Na koncu smo transporter konstruirali v programskem okolju Autodesk Inventor in Autocad. Diplomsko delo je bilo opravljeno v okviru praktičnega usposabljanja v podjetju Zlatorog oprema d.o.o.

Secondary title: Design of a conveyor belt
Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis describes development and calculation of a conveyor belt for a factory with a large serial production. At the beginning of the thesis is the introduction, which describes the purpose, objectives and requirements of the thesis. This is followed by a description the economic and industrial placement of the transport devices. By the designing we abide the wishes and demands of the potential buyer and also the standards and safety regulation. With the all the demands in mind, we calculated the required power needed by the drive of the conveyor. Next step was designing and choosing the right components. We limit ourselves to the company’s standard development. We modeled the entire conveyor belt using the software package Autodesk Inventor. The diploma thesis was developed during my internship at the company Goldpack d.o.o.
