Abstract

V magistrski nalogi je obravnavan optimizacijski model postavitve gradbiščnega žerjava in deponij na gradbišču. Transport materiala z gradbiščnim žerjavom predstavlja velik delež stroškov, ki se pojavijo pri gradnji objekta in je zato smotrno določiti najugodnejšo razporeditev žerjava in deponij na gradbišču. Pri tem si lahko pomagamo z optimizacijskimi postopki, ki izmed vseh možnih postavitev najdejo najprimernejšo. Na začetku naloge je narejen kratek pregled žerjavov, ki jih lahko uporabljamo na gradbiščih ter njihove prednosti in slabosti. Ob tem so obravnavani še stroški, ki nam jih žerjavi povzročajo in pogoji, ki se morajo izpolniti, da je dovoljena uporaba žerjavov na gradbišču. Na kratko so predstavljene še deponije na gradbiščih in model, ki je uporabljen za optimizacijo. V poglavju, kjer je formuliran optimizacijski problem, so najprej predstavljeni vsi simboli, ki so uporabljeni, zatem pa sledi prikaz namenske funkcije, ki jo kasneje modificiramo in opis vseh pogojnih enačb in neenačb. Izvirni in modificirani model smo uporabili za optimalno rešitev problema, ki je bil podan v literaturi, nato pa smo oba modela preizkusili še na primeru iz prakse, tj. za gradbišče novega objekta v sklopu Zdravstvenega doma Grosuplje. Rezultati optimizacije so strnjeni v šestem poglavju, na koncu magistrske naloge pa so podane še sklepne ugotovitve.

Secondary abstract: Subject of thesis is optimization model of tower crane and material supply locations on construction site. Transport of material with tower cranes creates great proportion of construction site expenses and it is very important to find optimal tower crane and material supply locations. We can search such locations with optimization processes. Brief overview of tower cranes, with advantages and disadvantages, is made in the beginning of thesis, Tower crane expenses and terms which have to be met on construction site for use of tower cranes are considered. Material supply locations and optimisation methods are also reviewed. All the symbols are introduced in section where optimisation problem is formulated. Both, objective function from literature and modified objective functions with corresponding equations and inequations are described. We first tested both models in problem found in literature and then we used the same models for optimisation of layout of construction site where new health centre in Grosuplje is built. Results of optimisation is presented in sixth section and are followed by conclusion.
