Kataster zemeljskih plazov v Međimurski županiji in sanacija zemeljskega plazu Rimšćak - LC20007

Abstract

V magistrskem delu je obravnavana problematika zemeljskih plazov, ki ogrožajo stanovanjske in infrastrukturne objekte, kmetijska zemljišča in okolje. V zadnjem obdobju se število plazov v Međimurski županiji hitro povečuje, kar je lahko pogojeno z globalnimi vremenskimi spremembami, povišanjem temperature ipd. Plazišča se pojavljajo po celem svetu in povzročajo škodo v milijardah evrov ter so odgovorna za tisoče mrtvih in poškodovanih ljudi letno. Pogosto povzročajo ekonomske motnje in razselitve prebivalstva ter imajo negativne učinke na okolje. V teoretičnem delu obravnavamo vrste zemeljskih plazov in dejavnike, ki vplivajo na njihov pojav. Opisali smo tudi posamezne elemente plazov z navodili, kako se določijo oz. ocenijo posamezni parametri v geotehnični praksi. Predstavili smo nekatere primerne načine sanacije. V praktičnem delu smo izdelali zasnovo sanacije enega izmed aktiviranih plazišč na območju Međimurske županije, kjer so upoštevani realni geotehnični podatki, pridobljeni z geotehničnimi raziskavami in geodetskimi meritvami. Cilj magistrskega dela je tudi zasnovati kataster aktivnih plazišč v Međimurski županiji, ki ga bo z nekaterimi dopolnitvami mogoče uporabljati za izdelavo ocene ogroženosti posameznih območij in zbiranje, arhiviranje ter interpretacijo geotehničnih podatkov o plaziščih v geotehnični praksi.

Secondary abstract:	This thesis will study landslides, since they have been a frequent appearance in Međimurje County, Croatia. Landslides appear all over the world and they cause damages that go up to billions of euros, and each year they are also responsible for thousands of deaths and injuries. They also often cause economic disturbances, population displacement and they have a negative effect on the environment. In the theoretical part, we will study different types of landslides and the factors that cause their appearance. We will describe the main components of landslides with instructions on how to evaluate them in the geotechnical practice. Appropriate ways of reparation will be introduced. A reparation proposal of an active landslide in the Međimurje County will be made, and for that matter we will use real data obtained by making geotechnical research and measurements. The goal of the thesis is to make a cadastre of active landslides for Međimurje County. With some amendments, this cadastre could be used for making estimates about the vulnerability of certain areas, as well as gathering, archiving, and interpreting geotechnical data about landslides in the geotechnical practice.
