Abstract

The role of nurses in response to the patient Program SVIT |
Secondary abstract: |
Disease such as colorectal cancer is one of the most common cancers in Slovenia as well as in Europe. In order to reduce the growth of this insidious disease, the national SVIT program was introduced in 2008. The program includes male and female population, aged between 50 and 69 years. The survey is aimed at determining the role of nurses in order to increase responsiveness, why they act so and where they see obstacles considering the responsiveness of the patient, which can be detected in their interventions. Furthermore, we were interested in how much support they have from the employer, and how the interaction with the SVIT program and nurses takes place. |
