Abstract
Projektna naloga govori o fasadah in fasadnih sistemih. Sestavljena je iz dveh delov in sicer teoretičnega in raziskovalnega. V teoretičnem delu je predtavljen pomen fasad, sestava fasad in fasadni sistemi. Raziskovalni del pa obsega sanacijo obstoječega stanovanjskega objekta v Kungoti. Prav sanacija stanovanjskega objekta je glavna tema te naloge. V teoretičnem delu je poudarek na podajanju informacij o samih fasadah in sicer kako so sestavljene, kakšni materiali so na tržišču, kakšne fasadne sisteme poznamo in pa najpogostejše poškodbe na fasadah z zaključnim ovojem iz ometa. V raziskovalnem delu pa so predstavljene poškode na obstoječi fasadi in nato tri rešitve, ki bi te poškodbe odpravile. Pri vsaki izmed rešitev je izračunana tudi gradbena fizika. Cilj naloge pa je najti najboljšo rešitev izmed treh raziskanih rešitev.

Secondary abstract: |
Thesis discusses façades and façade systems. It consists of two parts, the theoretical part and research part. The theoretical part presents the importance of façades, construction of façades and façade systems. Research work comprises rehabilitation of existing housing object in Kungota, thesis’s main field of research. The theoretical part focuses on the study of façades, their composition, market availability of materials, kinds of façade systems and most frequent damages on façades with final layer made of plaster. The research part’s focus is subject’s damage to the existing façade followed by three solutions to eliminate the damages, supported by building physics calculations. The objective of the thesis is finding the best solution among the three researched solutions. |
