Abstract
Poklic medicinske sestre je poklic, kjer so te neprestano v stiku z ljudmi. Vsak, ki se za ta poklic odloči, mora kljub ustreznemu znanju imeti razvite dobre komunikacijske sposobnosti in osebnostne lastnosti. Ena glavnih lastnosti je empatija, ki jo vsekakor zdravstveni delavec potrebuje, ta pa je ena izmed vodil za uspešno delo z ljudmi. Zdravstveni delavci morajo znati poslušati, se znati pogovarjati, slišati in predvsem razumeti pacienta, kot tudi njegove svojce. Namen diplomskega dela je ugotoviti kakšen je pomen komunikacije in empatije v zdravstveni negi.

Persons involved in the health care professions are constantly in contact with people. Anyone who chooses this profession needs to have highly developed communication skills and appropriate personality traits, in addition to the necessary knowledge. One of the most important features for a health care professional is empathy, as this is one of the required principles enabling effective work with people. Health care professionals need to be able to listen, talk, hear and understand a particular patient as well as his relatives. The purpose of the degree paper is to determine the importance of communication and empathy in health care. |
