| Secondary abstract: | New nonconventional and asymmetric security threats posed a great challenge to all na - tional or collective security systems. Among them is question of energy security. Grow - ing energy consumption on one side and lacking resources for energy production leads more and more into energy dependence. Energy is vital for normal economic produc - tion and consequently well-being of nations and has enormous consequences on many other fields of national security like food security, environmental security and sustainable development. |
