Abstract

V sklepnem delu magistrskega dela smo podali predloge.

Secondary title: IMPACT OF TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGES ON LABOR MARKET
Secondary abstract: Technological unemployment, a phenomenon which is topical for decades, nowadays reaches new dimensions. There are more and more discussions about whether the technology is the main culprit for the rising trend of the unemployment rate around the world. There is a possibility that the technology will replace majority of jobs, as well as a more optimistic path that technology will also create sufficient jobs. In this Master's Thesis, we presented the theoretical frameworks or starting points of the labor market and technology together with closely related topics, such as 3D printers, artificial intelligence, productivity, overproduction and globalization. In the empirical part, we researched the aspect of both companies and population on replacing workers with technology, as well as the reasons and the consequences brought about by new technology. We discussed the observations, conclusions and proposals of different authors and presented our views and arguments. In the final part of the Master Thesis, we served with suggestions. We found that technological unemployment is not a simple problem, that this phenomenon is intertwined with a variety of issues, and that the technology presents a series of hazards which may be less visible at first sight.
