Popis del, predizmere in ponudbeni predračun za gradbena dela enostanovanjskega objekta

Abstract

V diplomskem delu so teoretično opisani postopki in načini oblikovanja ponudbenih cen za gradbene objekte na podlagi popisov del s predizmerami in elementi ponudbene cene, kot so neposredni stroški, posredni stroški ter strukturni faktor za oblikovanje ponudbenega predračuna gradbenega objekta. S praktičnim primerom novogradnje stanovanjske hiše v bližini Šentruperta je izdelan popis del s predizmerami na podlagi izdelane projektne dokumentacije in s pomočjo računalniškega programa GKal oblikovan ponudbeni predračun.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis provides description of theoretical procedures and ways of designing bidding prices for construction works based on bill of quantities. It takes into account dimensions determined with reference to the plan, structural factor for bidding price design of the construction work, direct and indirect costs. It includes practical example of newly built single-appartment house in the proximity of Šentrupert with bill of quantities and dimension assessment. It is based on project documentation and bidding price documentation which is calculated with the help of program GKal.
