Abstract
Zbirka dvaindvajsetih makedonskih ljudskih pravljic, prevedenih v slovenščino, je del študentskega projekta iz leta 2006 s pomenljivim naslovom Sončeva sestra. V zbirko so vključene naslednje pravljice (po abecednem redu): Cesar in trije sinovi, Cesar s tremi sinovi in tremi jablanami cesarjeva hči, ki se ni hotela poročiti, Cesarjeva hči in boben, Dobrota za dobroto, Drvar, ki je razumel jezik živali, Izgubljena cesarica, Jabolko in dve ženi, Kača, ki ni bila hvaležna ovčarju, in ovčar, ki ni bil hvaležen lisici, Krt je popovski sin, Mladenič, ki se je hotel priučiti ženske zvijačnosti, O sinovih in denarju, Ovčar in tri vile, Pamet in sreča, Pepelka Mara, Sončeva sestra, Stolp iz človeških glav, Tri sestre, Tri sestre predice, Tri sojenice in otrok, Tri zapovedi, ki jih je oče zapustil sinu in Volk. Zbirka predstavlja pomemben prispevek k recepciji makedonske književnosti v Sloveniji.

The collection of twenty-two Macedonian folktales translated into Slovenian was student project in 2006 with profound title Sun’s sister.
