Abstract
Gradnja betonskih mostov po tehnologiji postopnega narivanja (TPN) je postala zelo priljubljen način gradnje. Glavne prednosti te metode gradnje so neodvisnost od ovire, hitra in varna gradnja, kvaliteta konstrukcije in nenazadnje gospodarnost gradnje. Poleg množice prednosti, pa ima ta način gradnje tudi precej veliko slabost, to so ostri geometrijski robni pogoji. Tehnologija zahteva ustrezno kombinacijo geometrije osi in nivelete. V ostalih geometrijskih pogojih je TPN le pogojno uporabna.
Disertacija obravnava inovativne metode na področju vertikalnega odstopanja od teoretične linije, ki omogoča narivanje. Vsebinski del disertacije je razdeljen na tri dele.
V prvem delu je opis nekaterih inovativnih konceptov in izboljšav TPN iz avtorjeve lastne prakse. Opisanih je nekaj izvedenih primerov mostov ter inovativnih prijemov pri načrtovanju in izgradnji. Iz baze podatkov 27 izvedenih objektov (projektiranih v avtorjevem podjetju), je napravljena statistična analiza karakterističnih parametrov. V prilogi A je seznam objektov z osnovnimi podatki, ki so služili za analizo.
V drugem delu je parametrično obdelano narivanje v vsiljeno geometrijo, po osnovnih principih gradbene mehanike. Metoda predvideva elastičnost konstrukcije, ki jo lahko za določeno neškodljivo mero deformiramo iz oblike, v kateri je bila narejena. Kot vhodni podatki za študijo so vzete konstrukcijske relacije pridobljene iz statistične analize v prvem delu ter analizirane za realne vrednosti niveletnih sprememb za cestne, avtocestne in železniške mostove.
V tretjem delu je prikazana nova patentirana metoda doseganja poljubljene nivelete pri TPN s pomočjo pomožne armiranobetonske konstrukcije. Gre za neke vrste začasni podstavek, ki s svojim spodnjim robom ustreza teoretičnim geometrijskim pogojem za narivanje, z zgornjim robom pa oblikuje poljubno željeno niveleto. Prikazani so preizkusi, ki so bili potrebni za potrditev teze o izvedljivosti take pomožne konstrukcije. Na koncu pa je prikazan še praktični primer izvedbe te nove metode na mostu Ada preko Save v Beogradu.

Innovations in Bridge Incremental Launching Method |

Incremental launching method (ILM) has become a very popular construction technique for concrete bridges. The main advantages of this construction method are independently of the obstacles, fast and safe construction, high quality of bridge structure and not the least, economics of the construction. In addition to the many benefits, this method has also a quite big disadvantage that is very strict geometrical boundary conditions. The technology requires appropriate combinations of the axis and inclination geometry. The irregular geometric conditions make the ILM only conditionally usable.
The dissertation deals with innovative methods in the field of vertical deviations from the theoretical line that makes incremental launching possible. The substantive part of the thesis is divided into three parts.
The first part is a description of some innovative concepts and improvements of ILM from the author's own practice. Some cases of innovative approaches to design and construction of the bridges is carried out. From database of 27 implemented structures (designed in the author's company), useful characteristic parameters are statistically processed. Annex A is a list of bridge structures with basic information, which were used for analysis.
The second part is parametric analysis of launching of the structure into the forced geometry, where the basic principles of mechanics are used. The method assumes the elasticity of the structure, which can be deformed from the form in which it was cast for a specific harmless rate. As input data, the structural relationships derived from the statistical analysis in the first part and a real value of inclination changes for road, highway and railway bridges, were taken into account.
The third part shows the new-patented method of achieving an arbitrary elevation at ILM through auxiliary reinforced concrete structure. It is a kind of temporary base (pedestal) with its bottom edge corresponds to the theoretical geometric conditions for launching and with the top edge, however, to allow any desired elevation. The tests to confirm the thesis on the feasibility of such temporary concrete structure are presented. Finally, there is a practical application of this new method at Ada Bridge over the Sava River in Belgrade. |
