Abstract

Stalno izboljševanje poslovnih procesov ima za posledico zniževanje stroškov, skrajševanje izdelovalnih časov in dvig kakovosti produktov, kar predstavlja konkurenčno prednost in preživetje na trgu. Podjetje Eurel d. o. o. se je odločilo za racionalizacijo dela proizvodne linije za sestavo rotacijskih stikal. V diplomskem delu je predstavljen projekt izgradnje avtomata za sestavo rotacijskih stikal po fazah projektnega menedžmenta. Snovanje, planiranje, izvedba in zaključne aktivnosti izgradnje avtomata so opisane iz praktičnega vidika. Opisali smo uporabljeno tehnologijo ter njene elemente. Na koncu smo dodali še nekaj idej oz. možnosti za dodatno racionalizacijo montažne linije.

Secondary abstract:	Continual improvements in business processes results in lower costs, shorter production times, and higher quality of products, which presents competition advantage and survival on market. The company Eurel Ltd. has decided to rationalize a part of the production line for rotary switches assembling. This diploma thesis presents a project of machine engineering with all phases of the project management. Initiating, planning, execution, and closing activities of machine engineering have been described from the practical point of view. We have described the used technology and its elements. We have added some ideas and possibilities for additional rationalization on the production line.
