magistrsko delo univerzitetnega študijskega programa Arhitektura
Abstract
Magistrsko delo predstavlja idejno zasnovo novega prireditvenega
more povrniti zgodovine in historičnega stanja.

VURBERK CASTLE PERFORMANCE CENTER |
Secondary abstract: |
Master thesis presents a concept of the new performance center, which is
settled on area of former castle Vurberk, which is currently presented in
its demolished apperance. The castle is presenting itself like a castle, but
without the volume of the castle. Before the design process the history
of the castle was examined and the analysis of the existing form was
executed. New volume was designed with the consideration of historical
and spatial contexts. The new volume is designed in memory of history and
is not striving to rebuild it, because history can not be duplicated. Every
design and construction is a reflection of the time in which it is designed.
Thus a respectful dialog is revealed between the historic context and new
built environment, which is the essence of the thesis. |
