Abstract

V diplomskem delu sem analiziral rekonstrukcijo in obnovo dvorca Trebnik v Slovenskih Konjicah. Prikazan je opis celotne obnove objekta od prvotnega stanja. V drugem delu prikažem predlagano zasnovo obnove objekta, pri kateri se sklicujem na zakonske osnove, ki nam jih narekujejo posamezne stroke. Ker je objekt pod nadzorom Zavoda za varovanje kulturne dediščine, je potrebno pri obnovi upoštevati zahtevane predpise. V tretjem delu opisujem tehnologije obnove nosilne konstrukcije, zunanjosti objekta in obdelavo notranjosti z izborom materialov. V zadnjem delu opišem sestavo objekta z neto površinami po obnovi. V prilogi so tudi načrti arhitekture in popis gradbeno-obrtniških del.

Secondary abstract: In diploma thesis the reconstruction and renovation of the Mansion Trebnik is presented. The complete renovation of the object from the original state is analysed. The suggested building renovation scheme is shown in the second part, referring to law regulations which must be followed by each involved profession. Being under surveillance of Institute for the Protection of Cultural Heritage of Slovenia, the renovation requires strict respecting of demanded Guidelines for work. In the third part the renovating technologies of supporting construction and exterior are described, as well as interior treatment and material selection. Last the complex structure with net surface after the renovation is shown. Architectural drawings and inventory list of constructional-craft works are enclosed.
