diplomska naloga
Abstract
Diplomska naloga obravnava štiri podane energetske izkaznice za vrtec v Škofji Loki, ki je bil
zgrajen v sedemdesetih letih prejšnjega stoletja in saniran leta 2014. Po veljavni zakonodaji
in metodologiji dela sta s pomočjo programa KI Energija 2014 izdelani merjena in računska
energetska izkaznica, in sicer za stanje stavbe pred sanacijo, in dve računski energetski
izkaznici za stanje stavbe po sanaciji v programu KI Energija 2014 in URSA Gradbena fizika
4.0. Vsebina diplomske naloge na začetku opisuje veljavno zakonodajo na področju
energetskih izkaznic, nato sledi opis obravnavane stavbe, metodologija dela, rezultati, izpisi
energijskih kazalnikov in primerjava energetskih izkaznic med seboj. Diplomska naloga na
koncu tudi obravnava smiselne ukrepe za energetsko izboljšavo izbrane stavbe, med
katerimi so podrobneje predstavljeni ukrepi za optimiziranje senčil, povečanje dodatne
toplotne izolacije na strehi, mehansko prezračevanje z vračanjem toplote, ukrepi na
razsvetljavi in organizacijski ukrepi.

Making calculated energy certificate for choosen building |
Secondary abstract: |
The graduation thesis addresses four given energy efficiency certificates for the preschool in
Škofja Loka, calculated according to the valid legislation and work methodology. The building
in question was built in the seventies of last century and had it's efficiency improved in 2014.
The state of the building before improvements has both measured and calculated efficiency
certificates made using the KI Energija 2014 program, while the two energy efficiency
certificates for the post-renovation building were made with KI Energija 2014 and URSA
Gradbena fizika 4.0 programs. In the first part of the graduation thesis we look at the valid
legislation concerning energy efficiency certificates, followed by the description of the
examined work, work methodology, results and energy efficiency certificates comparison.
The thesis concludes with logical actions that might be undertaken to improve the energy
efficiency of the building among which the measures to optimize window shading, improve
the roof heat insulation, as well as lighting measures, organizational changes and the
introduction of a heat recuperation system are described in depth. |
