Abstract

V diplomskem delu poskušamo ugotoviti zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v Zdravstvenem domu Ljubljana z obstoječim načinom izvajanja letnih razgovorov. Zanima nas predvsem, kako razgovori v organizaciji potekajo, kakšno mnenje imajo zaposleni o letnih razgovorih in vpliv letnih razgovorov na zaposlene. V teoretičnem delu opisujemo sam postopek letnih razgovorov (ROLP – redni ocenjevalni letni pogovor) v Zdravstvenem domu Ljubljana od same priprave na letni razgovor, nato potek letnega razgovora in aktivnosti, ki naj bi se izvajale po končanem razgovoru. Analiziramo podatke, pridobljene na podlagi anonimne ankete, ki je bila izvedena med zaposlenimi v Zdravstvenem domu Ljubljana. Na podlagi pridobljenih podatkov podamo predloge za izboljšanje načina izvajanja letnih razgovorov. V raziskovalnem delu v obliki grafov in tabel prikazujemo pridobljene rezultate in ugotovitve tudi analiziramo in opišemo. Anketni vprašalniki nam dajejo trenutno sliko samega poteka letnih razgovorov med zaposlenimi. Vprašalnik je oblikovan tako, da ponuja anketirancem tudi možnost podajanja predlogov, ki jih lahko kasneje uporabimo pri sestavljanju predlogov za izboljšanje celotnega postopka letnih razgovorov v Zdravstvenem domu Ljubljana.

Secondary abstract: The aim of the thesis is to determine employee satisfaction level at the Community Health Centre Ljubljana with the current procedure of carrying out annual interviews. It is our aim to find out in how the interviews are conducted, and what are the employees’ views on the annual interviews, as well as the interviews’ impact on the employees. In the theoretical part of the thesis, a description of the procedure of conducting annual appraisal /performance interviews at the Community Health Centre Ljubljana is given, especially in terms of their implementation and post-interview activities. The data collected on the basis of an anonymous survey, which was conducted among the employees at the Community Health Centre Ljubljana, is analysed. Drawing on the results, several proposals to improve the implementation of annual interviews are put forward. The study part presents the obtained results in the form of graphs and tables, as well as their analysis and description. The questionnaires that were used in the survey reflect a current status of the annual interviews among the employees. The questionnaire was designed in such a way to allow respondents the opportunity to make suggestions. As a follow-up they will be used in drawing up proposals for improving the overall process and implementation of annual interviews at the Community Health Centre in Ljubljana.
