Abstract

V diplomskem delu je opisana uporaba dvoparametrične Weibullove porazdelitvene funkcije za opis vrednosti meritev prečne in vzdolžne upogibne trdnosti valovitih strešnih plošč iz vlaknocementa, ki so bile izdelane v redni proizvodnji podjetja Esal, d. o. o. Raziskali smo tudi vpliv spremembe proizvodnega parametra, to je recepta za vlaknocement, na upogibno trdnost plošč. V vseh primerih smo izračunali oba Weibullova parametra, od katerih je pomembnejši Weibullov modul, ki določa obliko porazdelitvene funkcije. Uporabili smo štiri različne statistične metode: linearno regresijo, metodo maksimalne verjetnosti, metodo momentov in metodo histogramov. Ugotovili smo povečanje Weibullovega modula za prečno upogibno trdnost za plošče izdelane po novem receptu za vlaknocement, medtem ko se Weibullov modul za vzdolžno upogibno trdnost ne spremeni bistveno. Potrdili smo tudi vpliv usmerjenosti vlaken na upogibno trdnost valovitih strešnih plošč. Poleg tega opazimo nižje vrednosti upogibne trdnosti za plošče, izdelane v poletnih mesecih.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis we describe the application of a two-parameter Weibull distribution to the evaluation of measurements of transverse and longitudinal bending strength of the fibre-cement corrugated roofing sheets, made in the serial production of the company Esal, d. o. o. The influence of changing the fibre-cement recipe on the bending strength of roofing sheets is also studied. Calculations are made for both Weibull parameters; especially important is the Weibull modulus which determines the shape of the distribution function. We used four different statistical methods: the linear regression, the maximum-likelihood method, the method of moments and the histogram method. We notice a substantial increase of the Weibull modulus for the transverse bending strengths of sheets, produced according to the new fibre-cement recipe, while the Weibull modulus changes only slightly for the longitudinal bending strength. We also confirm the correlation between the preferred fibre orientation and the measured bending strengths of fibre-cement roofing sheets. Besides that, we notice a decrease in the bending strength for roofing sheets produced during the summer months.
