Secondary abstract: | The main goal of the paper is the automatization of the part of the production line for constructing a regulator of energy because of the growing demand of such products. The product line for the assembly consists of handwork and automatized workstations. There is the construction of a depalletizing robotic cell for insertion of the contact switch into the case of energy regulator, the stopping device and the device for lifting a pylon introduced in the paper as well. The technical documentation for the robotic cell and the device for stopping and lifting has been made. The technical procedure has been described for every position. Shown later on, there is a procedure of the manufacturing of NC program in Pro/ENGINEER module Manufacturing for one position. There is also the documentation of the manufacturing process on the CNC machine. At the end of the paper, the Epson SCARA robot has been programmed for the depalletizating and insertion of the contact switch into the case of the energy regulator with the help of a program package called Epson RC. |
