Abstract

Osnovni cilj naloge je avtomatizacija dela linije za sestavljanje regulatorja energije zaradi povečanja povpraševanja tega izdelka. Linija za montažo je sestavljena iz ročnih in avtomatiziranih delovnih mest. V magistrskem delu je predstavljena konstrukcija depaletizatorske robotske celice za vstavljanje kontaktnega stikala v ohišje regulatorja energije in naprave za zaustavljanje in dvigovanje nosilca, na katerem se nahaja ohišje regulatorja. Izdelana je tehniška dokumentacija za robotsko celico in napravo za zaustavljanje in dvigovanje. Opisan je tehnološki postopek za vsako pozicijo. V nadaljevanju je prikazan postopek izdelave NC programa v Pro/ENGINEERU modul Manufacturing za eno pozicijo. Tej poziciji je priložena vstrezna dokumentacija v kateri se nahajajo vsi potrebni podatki za proizvodnjo na CNC stroju. Na koncu je sprogramiran Epson SCARA robot za depaletiziranje in vstavljanje kontaktnega stikala v ohišje regulatorja energije z pomočjo programskega paketa Epson RC.

Secondary title: Depalletizing robot station for inserting signal spring
Secondary abstract: The main goal of the paper is the automatization of the part of the production line for constructing a regulator of energy because of the growing demand of such products. The product line for the assembly consists of handwork and automatized workstations. There is the construction of a depalletizing robotic cell for insertion of the contact switch into the case of energy regulator, the stopping device and the device for lifting a pylon introduced in the paper as well. The technical documentation for the robotic cell and the device for stopping and lifting has been made. The technical procedure has been described for every position. Shown later on, there is a procedure of the manufacturing of NC program in Pro/ENGINEER module Manufacturing for one position. There is also the documentation of the manufacturing process on the CNC machine. At the end of the paper, the Epson SCARA robot has been programmed for the depalletizating and insertion of the contact switch into the case of the energy regulator with the help of a program package called Epson RC.
