diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Informacijska varnost
Abstract
V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge opisujem sistem neprekinjenega poslovanja, ki ga ima vpeljanega, na osnovi standarda ISO 22301, tudi podjetje Slovenske železnice d.o.o. V njem razlagam pomembnost dejstva, da ima določeno podjetje vpeljan učinkovit sistem upravljanja neprekinjenega poslovanja, saj se lahko le na takšen način učinkovito odziva na grožnje.
V osrednjem delu naloge je govora o strežniških sobah. Predstavljam glavna priporočila, ki bi jih moralo upoštevati določeno podjetje pri izgradnji strežniške sobe. V Sloveniji še nimamo sprejetih nekih splošnih priporočil in nasvetov, ki bi jih moralo upoštevati določeno podjetje, kadar gradi strežniško sobo, so pa mnogo pred nami ostale bolj razvite države (Nemčija, ZDA, Anglija, itd.), ki imajo sprejetih dosti zakonov na tem področju.
Veliko pozornosti naloga namenja tako tehnologijam in mehanizmom za povečanje zanesljivosti računalniškega centra, kakor tudi tehnologijam in mehanizmom za zaščito računalniškega centra (fizična varnost). Predstavljene tehnologije so ključne za ohranjanje neokrnjenosti strežniških sob in podatkov, ki se obdelujejo znotraj strežniške sobe in v samem podjetju. To pa še posebej zato, ker vemo, da se večina podatkov pretaka skozi strežnike, ki so nameščeni prav v strežniški sobi.
V praktičnem oziroma raziskovalnem delu diplomske naloge predstavljam analizo strežniške sobe podjetja Slovenske železnice d.o.o. Predstavljene so dobrine oziroma strojna oprema, ki so nameščene v sobi in tudi grožnje, ki pretijo strojni in programski opremi. Nato sledi predstavitev ocene tveganja računalniškega centra oziroma strežniške sobe.
V zaključku naloge povzemam ugotovitve analize, podanih pa je tudi nekaj predlogov za izboljšave.

The theoretical part of this diploma thesis describes business continuity on base of standard ISO 22301, which the company Slovenian Railways Ltd. has obtained. It is there presented how important it is for a company that an effective system of business continuity management is implemented as only in this way a company can give an effective response to threats.
In the central part, the thesis talks about server rooms. There are presented the main recommendations that should be taken into account when enterprise server rooms are built. Slovenia has not adopted yet any general recommendations and tips that there should be undertaken when a server room is planned and built. But there are much ahead other more developed countries (Germany, USA, England, etc.) which have taken a lot of laws in this field. Much attention is given to technologies and mechanisms which enhance reliability of a computer center and to technologies and mechanisms which protect a computer center (physical security). The featured technologies are key to maintain the integrity of server rooms and data processed within these rooms and in the company itself – especially as we know that most of data flowing through servers are also installed in the server room.
In practical and research work of this thesis is there made an analysis of the server room in the company Slovenske železnice d.o.o. (Slovenian Railways Ltd.). There are described devices and hardware that are installed in the room, presented are also possible threats to hardware and software. At the end is there made a risk assessment of the computer center respectively of the server room.
Conclusion summarizes the findings of the analysis and also provides some suggestions for improvement. |
