Abstract
V diplomskem delu je opisana izgradnja spletne trgovine B2B, ki omogoča boljšo in predvsem bolj korektno dobavo blaga v podjetju Jazbec d.o.o. V preteklosti se je podjetje na internetu predstavljajo z enostavno spletno stranjo, ki je vsebovala nekaj skromnih podatkov o podjetju, ni pa omogočala ažurnega prikaza zaloge artiklov. Nova spletna trgovina B2B se ponaša z enostavnejšim prikazom ponudbe, ki zagotavlja pregledno urejenost artiklov, dejanska zaloga le-teh pa se s programom za materialno knjigovodstvo lahko posodablja večkrat dnevno. Strankam spletna trgovina omogoča enostavno naročanje blaga brez povpraševanja po telefonu ali elektronski pošti, obenem pa beleži vsa naročila, kar nam lahko koristi pri optimizaciji zaloge za dobave v naslednjem letu in boljši evidenci samih naročil, posredovanih preko spletne trgovine. Zaposlenim v podjetju pa tovrstno poslovanje predstavlja enostavnejši pregled in pripravo naročil.
Uporaba spletne trgovine nam torej omogoča izpeljavo celotnega procesa od ponudbe, nakupa in do dobave blaga brez napak, če seveda odmislimo občasne spodrsljaje pri pripravi blaga za razpošiljanje, ki so posledica človeškega faktorja.
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena tudi uporabniška anketa, ki smo jo izvedli z namenom opredelitve izhodišč za nadaljnji razvoj spletne trgovine.

The BA thesis describes the building of a B2B online shop enabling improved and primarily more correct delivery of goods at the Jazbec d.o.o. In the past, the company presented itself on the world wide web with a simple website that contained some scant information about the company and did not enable up-to-date display of the products in stock. The new B2B website boasts a more straightforward display of the offer that features a transparent arrangement of the products, while the actual stocks of the products can be updated several times a day using software for material accounting. The online shop allows customers to order goods in a straightforward manner without having to place enquiries by telephone or via e-mail. The shop also records all orders which can be benefit the company when optimising stocks for deliveries in the coming year as well as in terms of the records of orders placed through the online shop. Conducting business in this manner provides the company's employees with a simpler overview and preparation of orders.
The use of the online shop therefore allows us to implement the entire process from quotation, purchase and delivery of the goods with zero errors, with the occasional slip-ups in the preparation of goods for dispatch which are the result of human error.
The BA thesis also presents the user survey that we carried out in order to define the basic parameters for the future development of the online shop. |
