Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava nadzor kakovosti procesa obdelave ohišja turbokompresorja v podjetju Cimos d.d., tovarna Maribor in primer nadgraditve kontrole procesa s specialnim namenskim merilnim orodjem. Z nadgradnjo kontrolnega procesa lahko znatno izboljšamo kakovost nadzora procesa izdelave ohišja. Tako bi hitreje zajemali in analizirali podatke. Z nadgradnjo bi skrajšali čas operacije kontrole in hkrati grafično prikazali merilne rezultate. Dobljene podatke bi lahko tudi grafično analizirali in jih uporabili pri predstavitvah kakovosti procesa. Zaradi hitrejše in zanesljivejše analize in bolj preglednega spremljanja posameznih karakteristik, bi lažje preprečili potencionalne reklamacije in s tem zmanjšali dodatne stroške, kateri so povezani z izmetom.

Secondary abstract: Thesis considers quality control in the machining process of a turbohousing within Cimos d.d., company Maribor and describes an example of upgrading control process with special measuring tools. With upgrading the control process, we can significantly improve quality control in the machining process of a turbohousing. That way is also faster to cover and analyse data. With upgrade we could reduce time of control operation and at the same time, measured results could be displayed graphically. We could graphically analyse the obtained data and we could use them in presentations of quality process. Because of faster and more reliable analysis and more transparent monitoring of each characteristics, we could easily prevent potential reclamations and lower extra costs, which are connected with scraps.
