Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo podrobno predstavili dejavnost zbiranja in prevoza mleka ter opravili meritve in analizo terena, kjer se omenjena dejavnost izvaja, z namenom optimizacije prevozov tovornih vozil, namenjenih težki distribuciji. Največ pozornosti smo namenili podrobni analizi pogonskih agregatov. V primerjavo smo vključili tovorno vozilo z dizelskim motorjem, različne kombinacije hibridnih pogonov serijske izdelave, koncept predelave v električno ter priključno električno tovorno vozilo in različne sisteme za nadgradnjo obstoječega tovornega vozila z željo zmanjšanja variabilnih stroškov. Z ustreznimi merilnimi napravami smo opravili več meritev na terenu, hkrati pa smo 36 mesecev evidentirali variabilne stroške tovornega vozila, ki obratuje na progah Dobrova 1, 2 in Vodice 1, 2. S pomočjo elektronske preglednice Excel smo podatke, ki smo jih pridobili z meritvami na terenu, ustrezno uredili, za bolj podrobno obdelavo in analizo podatkov pa smo uporabili program Matlab. Z opravljeno primerjalno analizo posameznih pogonskih sklopov smo dobili bolj točne informacije o tem, katere investicije so na tem področju trenutno najprimernejše in katere bodo najprimernejše v prihodnosti, predvsem z vidika prevoznikov, hkrati pa tudi z vidika poslovnih priložnosti za novoustanovljeno podjetje.

Secondary abstract: Diploma thesis thoroughly represents the collection and transport of milk. We made terrain analysis and study on lines where milk is collected, with focus on heavy transportation truck cost optimization. Most attention was directed to detailed analysis of truck power unit. We included a truck with a diesel engine, different combinations of serial production hybrid drives, rework concept into electrical and plug-in electric truck. We also included different upgrade systems for existing vehicle, with desiring reducing variable costs. We made measurements on the field with appropriate measurement equipment and in the period of 36 months were collecting data on variable cost of the truck, which operates on lines Dobrova 1, 2 and Vodice 1, 2. We gather and edit collected data in Excel table, for more detailed data analysis we used Matlab. With comparative analysis of different power untis done, we got more accurate information which investment is best at the moment and which shows high potential in the future from business point of view and business opportunites for newly established company.
