Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava področje analize merilnih sistemov v serijski proizvodnji, povezavo s standardom SIST-TS ISO/TS 16949:2010, zahteve po planiranju in izvajanju revalidacij merilnih sistemov. Uvedena metoda revalidacij temelji na osnovi P-FMEA – ocene tveganja. Opisane so metode, uporabljene za analizo merilnih sistemov, izvedene so bile analize najbolj karakterističnih merilnih sistemov, komentirani rezultati, na podlagi rezultatov izvedenih analiz so vpeljane izboljšave tam, kjer je to bilo potrebno. Namen naloge je tudi to, da se merilne sisteme združi v tipe merilnih sistemov tam, kjer je to možno.

The diploma thesis deals with measurement system analysis in serial production, connected with the standard SIST-TS ISO/TS 16949:2010, as well as with planning and implementation requirements of measurement system revalidations. The revalidation method introduced is based on P-FMEA – risk assessment. The thesis presents the methods, used in the measurement system analysis. Analyses of most characteristic measurement systems have been carried out, the results have been interpreted and based on these results improvements have been integrated where necessary. The purpose of the thesis is also to combine measurement systems into types where possible. |
