Secondary abstract: | The thesis gives an overview of various processes and tools that use artificial intelligence in virtual environments. First, we will briefly introduce the concept of a virtual environment and learn about the different types of it. This will be followed by the definition of artificial intelligence in virtual environments, as well as by the presentation of the beginnings of development throughout its history. We will present the procedures by which we imitate an intelligent behavior in virtual environments and how they compare to each other. Then we will define an object and we will assign some intelligent properties to it in the Second life virtual environment. Finally, we will summarize the conclusions of the thesis and review the use of artificial intelligence in the future. |
