Abstract

Vsakodnevno se srečujemo z opravljanjem storitev na bančnih avtomatih, od dviga gotovine do nakupa mobi kartice. Če storitve opravljamo na vedno istem bančnem avtomatu, nam to postane rutina in se ne obremenjujemo z ostalimi težavami, ki lahko nastanejo, kot sta odpoved bančnega avtomata, ki ga po navadi uporabljamo, menjava okolja ipd. Začne se iskanje najbližjega bančnega avtomata, ki ustreza našim potrebam. Najbližji bančni avtomat pa ni nujno najboljša izbira, saj mogoče ne podpira želenih storitev, ki jih želimo opraviti, ali pa je bančni avtomat v lasti druge banke, pri kateri nimamo odprtega računa, kar se pokaže pri strošku, ki nam ga zaračunajo za opravljeno storitev na bančnem avtomatu. Razvili smo aplikacijo BankoMapp, ki nam omogoča glede na našo lokacijo in izbiro želene banke najti najbližje bančne avtomate. Uporabniki so bili navdušeni nad samo idejo in prepoznavo problema. Aplikacija se jim je zdela preprosta in preprosta za uporabo. Mnogi so v aplikaciji prepoznali potencial za možnost oglaševanja. Glede na njihove odzive smo nekatere stvari tudi popravili. Pri uporabi aplikacije se uporabniki ne srečujejo s težavami, ampak hitro pridejo do pričakovanega rezultata.

Secondary abstract: People use cashpoints on a daily basis either for cash withdrawal or for topping up their mobile account balance. If we always use the same cashpoint, it becomes a routine, which may be broken if the cashpoint stops working, if we move away, etc. The next step is to find the closest cashpoint that suits our needs. However, the closest cashpoint is not always the best choice because it may not provide a certain service or it is owned by a different bank that could charge us for the service on its cashpoint. To this end, we developed the BankoMapp application that helps us find the closest cashpoints of a certain bank in the surrounding area. The users were excited about the idea and agreed that this was a problem. They though the application was simple and easy to use. Many of them even saw its advertising potential. Certain issues were resolved following their reactions. Users normally experience no problems with the application and are able to achieve results very easily.
