Abstract

Podjetje mora imeti jasno opredeljeno poslanstvo in vizijo, katerega vodstvo spodbuja skupno določanje ciljev, pojasni strategijo in navduši ljudi. Potrebno ga je voditi skozi njegov življenjski cikel, s ciljem biti uspešni, prepoznavni in dobičkonosni. Sodobno vodenje večinoma temelji na delegiranju oz. dajanju pooblastil o odločanju tudi drugim zaposlenim. V vsakodnevnem poslovanju se srečujemo s takšnimi in drugačnimi, s pomembnimi in nepomembnimi odločitvami, ki pa morajo biti strokovno pravilne in etično dobre. Odločanje temelji na napovedi prihodnosti in predvidevanju, ki pa je postalo z uporabo računalniških programov za uporabnika prijaznejše. Obstaja mnogo stilov vodenja, ki so odvisna od več dejavnikov, še posebej od osebnosti vodje. Vodenje pomeni zaposlovanje in postavljanje ljudi na pravo mesto, razvoj zaposlenih, delegiranje, nadziranje, motiviranje, ustvarjanje pozitivne klime, odnosov in podjetniške kulture. Dober vodja je strokoven, obvladuje tehnike vodenja in organizacijo dela ter ima vodstvene in motivacijske spretnosti. Idealnega tipa vodje ni, saj vodstveno vedenje narekuje situacija in drugačnost zaposlenih. Opazne so vzporednice različnih avtorjev, ki izpostavljajo proučevanje in povezovanje z zaposlenimi, saj lahko le tako zanje izberemo pravilen način vodenja in motivacije. Živimo v hitro spreminjajočem se času, kjer se spreminjajo organizacijski sistemi, tehnologije in vrste dela, ki ga opravljamo, človeški dejavniki pa se ne spreminjajo toliko. Obstaja večja negotovost, konkurenca je ostrejša, stranke so manj zveste, tehnologija se spreminja iz dneva v dan in le prilagodljivi voditelji bodo pospešili rast s povečanjem stopnje inovativnosti in z vlaganjem v ljudi. Ljudje imajo veliko sposobnosti ter nešteto različnih zamisli za izboljšanje uspešnosti, ki jih lahko uporabimo v podjetju, vendar je treba te sposobnosti znati izkoristiti na način, ki ustreza kulturi podjetja. Ker se ljudje razlikujemo, skušajo vodje najti najboljše metode za motiviranje zaposlenih, saj od njih pričakujemo učinkovitost pri delu in določeno vedenje v skladu s podjetniško kulturo. Najboljša motivacija je prilagojena posamezniku in se razlikuje pri vseh zaposlenih. Za zadovoljstvo in razvoj podjetja mora podjetje nuditi svojim zaposlenim izobraževanja, izpopolnjevanja in usposabljanja. Pogostost stikov in komuniciranja znotraj podjetja je odvisna od velikosti organizacije in od potreb. V odprtem komunikacijskem okolju je večja možnost novih idej, inovacij in izboljševanja, prav tako uspešna izmenjava informacij. Če dobro proučimo notranje in zunanje okolje, se znamo nanj bolje odzivati in uspešneje vodimo. Podjetje posluje, če nekaj prodaja, za kar potrebuje uspešno oglaševanje, zaključeno prodajo in pa seveda proizvode/storitve ter novosti in izboljšave. Glavni cilj podjetja je sposobnost dolgoročnega preživetja in konstantna likvidnost. Podjetje si mora želeti dosegati poslovno odličnost, saj tako dosega učinkovito kakovost ter zadovolji vse udeležence, tudi zaposlene.

Secondary abstract: A company must have a clearly defined mission and vision; its management must encourage common determination of goals, explain the strategy and enthuse people. It should be led through its cycle with the goals of prosperity, recognisability and profitability. Contemporary management is often based on delegation or giving commision about decisions to other employees. During the everyday business practise we deal with different more or less important decisions, which should all be professionally correct and ethical. A bussiness decision-making is based on prediction of future, which has become easier by using computer programs. There are many management styles depending on many factors, especially on leader's personality. Management contains employment and hiring the right employees for the particular jobs, their development, delegation, control, motivation, creating a positive atmosphere, business relations and culture. A great business leader is a professional and masters the leading techniques by having leading and motivational skills. There are no ideal leaders, because the situation and differences of the employees define their behaviour. We can notise some parallels of different authors, who point out the integration with the employees, because this is the only way of choosing the apropriate style of leading and motivation. We live in the time of many changes, the organising systems, technologies and the work itself are changing, but the human factors aren't changing so much. The uncertainty is bigger, competition is increasing, costumers are less loyal, technology is changing every day and only the flexible leaders will increase the growing by increasing the level of innovation and investing in people. Employees have may skills and endless amount of different ideas for improvement, which can be used in a company, but they should be exploited in a way that suits the company the most. Because people differ so much, the leaders try to find the best methods for the motivation of the employees, due to higher expectations while working and specific behaviour connected with the corporate culture.The best motivation depends on the individual and differs from person to person. In order to achieve the satisfaction and development the company must provide educational and upgrading seminars for employees. The size of organization and its needs depend on a frequency of relations and communication. If there is an open communication, there is a higher possibility of getting new ideas, inovations and improvement. By better internal and external environment analysis we can more successfully lead the company and react better. The company is successful if it sells something and this requires good advertising, completed sale, products/services, novelties and improvements. The main goal of a company is to achieve a long-term operation and constant liquidity. It should work in a way to maintain the business excellence, which contributes to effective quality and satisfied participants, including the employees.
