Abstract

Časovna stiska današnjega časa je vzrok, da kupci želijo urediti svoje potrebe po bančnih in zavarovalnih storitvah na enem mestu, razložene na njim razumljiv način s strani strokovno usposobljenih bančnih svetovalcev in upoštevajoč njihove potrebe. Hkrati je stiska bank zaradi zmanjševanja dotoka tradicionalnih obrestnih prihodkov razlog za iskanje novih prodajnih poti in širjenje ponudbe finančnih proizvodov, ki jih vodi v boljši finančni položaj. Prišlo je do povezovanja bank in zavarovalnic, ki so na področju bančnega zavarovalništva našle obojestranske koristi, povečanje donosnosti, izboljšanje celovite ponudbe, nove prodajne poti in povečanje mreže strank. Cilj diplomskega dela je proučitev bančnega zavarovalništva, razlogov, s katerimi se banke in zavarovalnice povezujejo, oblike in koristi povezovanj ter pregled samih produktov, ki jih ponujajo svojim strankam, da bi jim ostale zveste in lojalne. Glavni cilj pa predstavlja analiza pridobljenih finančnih podatkov in analiza podatkov opravljene ankete izvedene v bankah, ki so bile pripravljene sodelovati v raziskavi, kljub varovanju podatkov pred konkurenco, s katero smo potrdili, da bančno-zavarovalni posli prinašajo koristi in donosnost bankam na slovenskem trgu in da je bančno zavarovalništvo v zadnjem času v porastu pri večini proučevanih bank. Na podlagi dobljenih rezultatov sklepamo, da naj banke v prihodnosti skupaj z zavarovalnicami razvijajo nove, dobre zavarovalne produkte, s katerimi si bodo zagotovile močno bančno mrežo in s tem posledično boljšo finančno stanje.

Secondary abstract: Overall time shortage is an important reason for customers who on that basis want to accomplish all of banking and insurance needs in one place. All of these services have to be explained to them from expert bank employees in an understandable way. All their needs also have to be considered. Reduction of traditional interest income inflow is the reason that forces the banks to keep on searching for new sales channels and for expanding its offers of financial products, which would lead them to a better financial position as a whole. There have been many mergers between banks and insurance companies, which have through such merges found many benefits on both sides. Those benefits mainly consist in increased revenues, increased overall offers, new sales channels and increased customer networks. The goal of this Diploma thesis in an examination of bancasurrance, the reasons why banks and insurance companies merge, shapes and benefits from such merges and an overview of products which are being offered to the customers to stay loyal and faithful to the company. The main goal of the Diploma thesis is the presentation of analysis of acquired financial data and analysis of submitted data from a survey which has been carried out in banks which have agreed to participate in the research, in spite of the protection of data against the competition. With that survey we have confirmed that the bancasurrance operations do bring benefits and greater returns to banks on Slovenian market, and also that lately bancasurrance in increasing in most of banks, which have participated in the research. Through acquired results we can conclude that banks together with insurance companies should in the future develop new, good insurance products that would allow a strong banking network and consequently an improved financial position.
