Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili obstoječe dokumentiranje v patronažnem zdravstvenem varstvu zdravstvenega doma dr. Adolfa Drolca Maribor. Na podlagi obstoječega dokumentiranja smo izdelali aplikacijo, ki nakazuje eno izmed možnih rešitev za implementacijo e-dokumentacije v patronažno zdravstveno varstvo. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili, kako izdelano rešitev namestiti na lokalne računalnike in na strežnik. Predstavimo tudi uporabo programa.

Secondary abstract:	In this thesis, we presented the existing documentation in community health care in health center dr. Adolf Drolc Maribor. On the basis of existing documentation, we created an application that indicates one of the possible solutions for the implementation of e-documentation in community health healthcare. We described how to install solution on local computers and on server, and showed how end user should use program.
